ORDINANCE NO. 794

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 287 OF THE CITY OF MEADE, KANSAS, WHICH ORDINANCE NO 287 IS ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, DEFINING CERTAIN OFFENSES RELATING THERETO, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MEADE, KANSAS, THAT Ordinance No 287 of the City of Meade, Kansas, which was adopted by the governing body of the City of Meade, Kansas on the 18th day of July, 1949, and entitled an Ordinance relating to alcoholic liquor, defining certain offenses relating thereto, and providing penalties for the violation thereof, shall be and the same is hereby repealed, except this Ordinance shall not in any way be construed to repeal any parts or provisions of Ordinance No 791 of the City of Meade Kansas, which is generally referred to as the Standard Traffic Ordinance of the City of Meade, Kansas.
