AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT FOR THE CITY OF MEADE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MEADE:
SECTION 1. That the Second and Fourth Monday of each month, at the hours of 3:00 P.M. at the Meade City Building, is hereby designated as the time and place for the holding of Municipal Court of the City of Meade except for any holiday that is declared by the District Court.
SECTION 2. That regularly scheduled Municipal Court shall be held as set out in Section 1 above unless such hearings are waived by majority vote of the City Council.
SECTION 3. Notice of waiver of regularly scheduled Municipal Court shall be published once in the official city newspaper. Said notice shall be published no less than one week prior to the hearing date to be waived.
SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after the summary of publications is published in the official City newspaper.
